Butler This first installment of a new regular forum will discuss the purpose, organization, capabilities, initial research agenda, and expected products of the Strategic Studies Institute’s forthcoming China Landpower Studies Center. The center will provide senior leaders and practitioners with a better understanding of the strategies, capabilities, and integration of the People’s Liberation Army into the Chinese Communist Party’s campaign to turn the rules-based international order to its advantage.
